ABOUT THE COURSE
This course prepares the applicant to the arts of estimating in HVACR and Electrical projects. This course describes concepts, principles, and techniques used to estimate Electrical and HVACR projects.
Pre-requisites:
Participants must have Basic Math knowledge and knowledge reading Blueprints
Discussion Topics:
- Types of estimates, the quantity take off, directs and indirect cost
- Bidding strategies and preliminary procedures
- Practicing estimating projects using Excel and RSMeans. 2021 CostWorks Estimator
